Introduction to Tadalis SX 20mg Tablets

Tadalis SX 20mg Tablets contain Tadalafil which belongs to the group of medicines called Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors. It is used in adults to treat erectile dysfunction (in men) and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).

Erectile dysfunction (also known as impotence) is a sexual condition where a man cannot sustain a hard erected penis that is required for a normal sexual activity. It happens due to decreased blood flow to the penis.

PAH can be defined as increased blood pressure in the blood vessels that supply the lungs. It can be caused due to narrowing of blood vessels (arteries) supplying the heart and the lungs. Symptoms of PAH might include shortness of breath, tiredness, weakness and feeling faint.

Tadalis SX 20mg Tablets are not recommended for use in patients with severely low or high blood pressure and in patients who recently had a stroke. It is also not suitable for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women unless considered necessary by the physician.
